This toaster may cost more than a normal toaster but it isn't normal!! It's awesome!! Looks good, toasts wonderfully, keeps toast warm...love it!!

Excellent Cust Service and warranty

Purchased toaster on Sept 2014. Had a problem with toaster not working properly. Ph customer service and received replacement toaster one week later. They say you can tell how good a company is by the way they handle complaints. Let me tell you I have never had such good treatment by another company. Well done. By the way I like the "keep warm function".

Awesome toaster

This was a warranty replacement. My first toaster stopped working on one side. Customer service was very helpful and got me my replacement in a timely manner. Everything went smoothly. I love the toaster and hope it continues to work well.
